Accordingly the Placement Cell imparts training in employability skills which include soft skills, personality development and aptitude. The contribution of VIT is extended even to the domain of foreign languages. Training in German, French and Spanish is being imparted in collaboration with prestigious institutions like Goethe Zentrum of Hyderabad and Language Labs, Chennai.

To make the students “Industry Ready”, the Training and Placement (TAP) Cell:

>> Arranges in-plant industrial training for students during their summer and intra semester break.

>> Encourages students to become entrepreneurs, through Entrepreneurship Development Programmes.

>> Arranges guest lectures by eminent personalities.

>> Promotes career guidance & counseling through lectures by senior corporate executives and visiting professors.

>> Provides training for the students to face competitive exams like GATE, GRE, GMAT, TOEFL and prepares them for the interviews.
