Faculty are constantly encouraged and sponsored to attend short-term training programs/refresher courses conducted by AICTE/DST/UGC to upgrade/improve their knowledge and experimental skills in latest fields. In house R & D leading to Ph.D./M.Phil. degrees is the key feature of the department.
